I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Very quick service and a 30 minute call ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took care of my kitchen sink issue and I knew what it would cost before he started the work. I'm glad I called and will be sure to call Robert if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The other guys have lost a customer and I will be calling Hull Plumbing from now on when the need arises. Thank you!

I've used Rucker several times over the last few years, both for AC repair and electrical work. Scheduling is easy and commonly available same day. A year or two ago we got a great deal one a whole new HVAC unit. The electricians are great guys and help problem solve in an financially efficient manner. Highly recommended!

Incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak problem. Now 3 months later won’t come out to rectify. Offered a refund but now won’t reply to me. Is costing 5x amount already paid to fix the initial issue. Building dispute resolution case lodged as no one will reply to me now.

I have to admit this place got out here and got this clogged out within 30 minutes of the call. For half the price, as some of these places are offering $89 visits well those $89 visits are waived if you choose to use them they were coming up with ungodly amounts This gentleman just charged me by the foot Please be careful we've got some shady plumbers out there and this is not one of them

One of the best experiences with a plumber. We had a water line under the foundation break and were provided options and kept in the loop the entire repair process. Very good service very good price. 2 thumbs up from my husband and I. We would recommend John for any plumbing/gas issues, he definitely knows what he's talking about.

Very friendly guys! They were fast (fixed my sink, got in and out in under 45 min!) and Robert gave me some great tips on how to keep the same problem from happening again. Highly recommend!

If you're having any plumbing or gas related problems, do your self a favor and call Joe with A Perfect Fit Plumbing. Joe was referred to me from a friend and I couldn't be more happy with my now go to guy for all things plumbing and gas. Joe was on time, very personable and you could tell right away he's been doing this for a long time. Joe was very knowledgeable of all the issues I was having and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. I spent three days trying to fix a problem that he came and was able to fix in about 2 hours. He has all the right equipment and is honest and upfront about his pricing. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and it's nice to have found someone that doesn't try to push some sort of product or service I don't need. I couldn't believe that some people on here gave some bad reviews because this guy has earned my business and I wont be using anyone else for any of my plumbing or gas related issues.

Where did you all find Mike Nelson? He’s everything!! He was very courteous and knowledgeable! Not only did he go above and beyond to help with our plumbing needs but he was very attentive and walked us through everything he was doing. Not to mention it’s Saturday and I was able to get attended to in less than an hour after the call! It’s hard to find people of his kind especially now days. I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
