Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Great company!! We got our hot water on demand replaced by this company and also put in a gas line for a gas stove. The plumbers they sent out were very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done with minimal disruption to my family. Wow, this is hands-down the best experience we've ever had with a plumber. Left messages at a couple of other businesses and they've never called back while Jean's guys answered the phone, came out, did two repairs, cleaned up and left. The rates were extremely affordable and everything was explained in full before, during and after the repairs. I'll always call them first from now on!

If I could give negative stars I would. He charged my Grama 450 to put an existing pipe that had slipped out of place back together. 10-15 min of work, pipe glue and a ring !!!! He was extremely hateful to her. Price gouging. Hateful hateful hateful
