Water heater went out while we were out of town (love coming back to that). Called Bailey Brothers around 10 in the morning and they got someone out by 4. Diagnosed the failed heater and went and got one and installed it by 6:30. Robert was our technician and was excellent. He was very professional and even fixed some problems left by someone else. 5 out of 5, we will continue to use Bailey Brothers for our needs.

Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!

Jake with Heartland Plumbing showed up to unclog a drain for me. He was very polite and informative as to what he was doing. They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule due to work I would definately use them again and recommend.

I woke up this morning to a leak in my ceiling coming from the second floor bathtub faucet. I called Plumb Crazy at 8am and by 10am, John and Marcus arrived and immediately tackled the problem. They were courteous, professional, communicative, and explained everything they were doing and provided the price upfront. John and Marcus repaired the faulty pipes, cleaned up after themselves, reviewed all of their work with me, and promptly sent me an invoice containing a detailed explanation of their work with photos. I am beyond impressed and pleased. I even watched them sweep up a mess that they didn't even make. The next time I need to call Plumb Crazy, I hope they send John and Marcus out again. Thomas Johnson did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issues as well as completing the required repairs. He was very professional and efficient.
