Great, honest company that does excellent work

Butler Plumbing's team, led by Julian, expertly installed my outdoor faucet. Their precision and quality workmanship surpassed my expectations. Now I can easily water my garden hassle-free!

I called Bailey brothers out to check the Freon in my outside unit there in Yukon. The guy shows up says he can’t check it because the compressor won’t come on. I asked him to put a new capacitor in and try that. He tried to charge me over 200$ for a capacitor they are 13$ at Locke supply. So I run up go get another one he puts it in. The fan started kicking out on thermal overload it had never done that in the 10 years I lived there.He said the unit was toast and I needed a new one. He charges me a 79$ call and leaves. The next day I check his wiring. He had swapped the wires on the capacitor and had the fan wire going to the compressor and compressor wire going to fan which was over amping it causing it to kick out on thermals. Capacitor wiring 101 is if it’s a two stage capacitor check the wires going to the apparatus if it overamps. I swapped the wires back called a different company they added Freon and the old unit cools great. Folks always get 2 or even 3 opinions Ac units are the simplest appliance in the house the so called techs will rip you off in 2 seconds. Not all but a lot will. These units are tough they last decades. I will never use Bailey again.

Like many of the snowpocalypse 2021 I had a busted pipe. I’m sure their team has been working their tails off but they were pros, got to the problem, we’re informative and concise about what needed to be done and made sure that the house was back up and running with no other leaks. They even found one more after the initial diagnosis and fixed it quickly. Grateful!

I tried to have a pipe in slab repaired through my home warranty but the plumbers were all booked up. I was given permission to have another company come out and do the work for me and the warranty would reimburse me.

After calling a TON of plumbers and them not willing to itemize a quote, or repair it in a timely manner (some quoted a week out) I reached out to my grandparents who used this company thru their home warranty. They told me they were able to locate the leak and repair it quickly and it didn't break the bank.

When I called them they were able to get me in quickly and get me my hot water line back. With 3 children and no hot water over a week because of plumbers not willing to work with galvanized steel pipes, I was stoked!

They came in, found the issue, went got parts, came back and had it repaired in under 4 hours!!! Best SHOWER EVER!!! I will be using this company any time I have issues.

Great company! Nothing negative to say at all. Very reasonable priced and they work with you. They leave the area cleaner than when they start working. Will definitely use them in the future.
