Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. Keeping their card for any future repairs and installs. Glad I called them.

I had a scheduled appointment and spoke to them the day of and I was told they were running behind but would be there asap. They never showed and never called. I tried calling and did not receive an answer. I received a call the following day apologizing and offered to send me $20 which was never received. Do not recommend at all. Poor customer service and lies from this company.

Plumbers were caring about my drain problems. It is Very scary to have sewer coming up in my shower spontaneously . Robert and Skylar took care of the clog and explained a few things to us about why it had occurred.

First time to use A Perfect Fit and meet Joe. Found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable, and someone who takes pride in their work. The nice thing about hiring Joe is he is the owner and so this leads to better customer service and workmanship. Give him a try. I did and wasn't disappointed. Would recommend him to a friend.

We had a wonderful experience with Aaron from Loud City Plumbing! He installed a new gas line to our kitchen and did it within just a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, straight forward pricing. Highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Up front pricing really goes a long way. To know the full cost at the beginning is a huge plus. Dustin and DaRon were quick, professional, and very polite. Very satisfied with the work they did today in getting my water heater replaced.

Outstanding service!

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.

I️ had a sewer blockage in my home. I️ had two previous plumbers attempt to fix my problem (one of them being the prominent Roto-Rooter). After $600 to Roto-Rooter and $1k to another company, my problem was unsolved. After 5 days without necessities in home, I️ called Ray's and set an appointment.

Mario, the technician, was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. Through the process he explained what he was doing and where the other companies went wrong. Within 15 minutes and it cost less than $200.

100% Ray's will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Their guy came out did nothing but looked at our leaking shower and took some pictures. He said they would have to order a part and be back. Then told our home warranty that because ONG knicked our water line it was causing the leak. We ended up convincing the home warranty that they were making up excuses to not do the work. They sent another plumbing company today who fixed the issue with no additional parts and agreed that our water line being knocked had nothing to do with the shower leaking. If I would have called them myself to come out and paid them directly I would be contacting them for a refund of the service call. I would not recommend thiscompany!

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
