I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. Both the man I spoke with on the phone and the technician were very friendly. The service was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was the cost of the repair for the work completed. The part replaced costs about $25 and installation time was 30 minutes. My total bill was over $500. I will likely shop around a little more if needing this type of repair completed in the future.

Worst service EVER!!!! They show up for about 1-2 hours and take off and then don’t show their faces again for several days. Something that should take 3 days takes them anywhere from 3weeks to 8 weeks. Calling to speak to a manager does absolutely no good. They don’t care. If you are wanting quality work in a somewhat timely manner DO NOT use this company!

Watched 2 employees of this business walk into the whataburger kitchen on May ave with no masks, one guy kept touching his face. Did their work with no masks and leave with no masks. 12:20pm 10/08 absolutely disgusting they are able to be that close to the food without washing hands or wearing masks. Zero professionalism and respect of other businesses rules.

Had them come out to fix an outdoor leaking faucet and potentially install some water filters. The quote for the water filters was nearly $2000 so I passed on that. After paying to fix the faucet it still leaked. I called back and was told they would reach back out to me. They never did so I had to call again. The plumber came back and fixed it but I wasted a lot of time. Also when you pay there is an option to tip!

I had Ken from Ace Hardware Plumbing of Oklahoma City come out to my home. I live in Yukon, and Ken was right on time for the scheduled appointment. I am very glad I decided to go with them!! Setting up the appointment was easy, and Ken was professional and did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet for me. He cleaned away the gunk from the old faucet before installing the new faucet. I had a great experience with Ace Hardware Plumbing and will definitely be using them going forward! Carla Patchell
