I had Ken from Ace Hardware Plumbing of Oklahoma City come out to my home. I live in Yukon, and Ken was right on time for the scheduled appointment. I am very glad I decided to go with them!! Setting up the appointment was easy, and Ken was professional and did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet for me. Both my toilets were not flushing. I was referred to them by the guy who does my a/c work. They worked me into their schedule very quickly and my issue was resolved by Robert before Noon. Very professional, responsive and efficient. An inspections was completed and recommendations made for future work that may be needed. Notes were made to that effect; but, there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want done. I'll definitely be keeping their information for future use as well as potential referrals to friends/family.
