After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians were very professional, yet personable. They provided a sense of trust while ensuring they covered every detail of the service.

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

An elderly couple with two little girls with their parents out of town and school the next day. $1411.53 labor to install a hot water heater under warranty.

We feel they charged it simply because they could. We have reached out the owner and he told us if we didn't like it to get an attorney.

As a small business owner myself, I have never before left a negative review. I know how damaging it can be. Yet, as that same owner, I cannot sit silently and not call this company out for its' borderline 'predatory' conduct. There are many great plumbing companies who work hard to make an honest living. This company is a big problem.

I have used this company in the past with mixed experiences. I have referred them to friends who have been disappointed. I recently used them and they left an easy job unfinished for over a week. When I called to complain and find out when they were planning on coming back the owner responded with rudeness and was unapologetic. I would not recommend this company. If you have an problem it will not get resolved in a professional manner and may not get resolved at all.

Michael did a great job and was very helpful in keeping us comfortable when our thermostat was malfunctioning. We had to leave town for a few days during the ordering of a new thermostat. Michael installed a temporary thermostat so that during our absence our house could be heated as required.
