Best Drain Clogged in Oklahoma City OK

This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Always a great experience with Chase and his team! This past time, we had a leaking pipe under the house and called Chase late in the evening. He was able to get it fixed the very next day. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful service. Would recommend this company time and time again!

Perfect customer service and professionalism. They arrived shortly after I called and fixed the issue after trying many different options. I was impressed by how they truly wanted to fix the issue and weren’t trying provide a quick fix. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any future needs.

Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. Keeping their card for any future repairs and installs. Glad I called them.

Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!

Taking advantage of winter storm $500 to 1000 to fix one busted pipe

I could not be more pleased with Graham! He made sure to check everything and worked hard to clear the clogs in the drain outside. He was very friendly and helped me figure out the best thing to do to get my system working again. I am a senior citizen and he gave me a discount on the work he performed. I had called several other places but Graham got back to me on time when the other places never even called back! I have given his information to all of my family and several friends so they can get the excellent service I received from Graham!! Thanks for everything!

I noticed a Red Plains Plumbing vehicle in my neighbors drive one day and lo and behold 2 days later I came home to a leaking hot water heater. Called multiple plumbing companies including Red Plains and choose them based on their professionalism and excellent customer service on the phone. They were out in less than 24 hours and replaced my hot water heater. Both gentlemen were professional and efficient. They even looked at a couple faucets for me and ordered two cartridges that needed replacement at no additional charge.
