These guys were great and really easy to work with. The estimate was free. Their price was $600 less than Mr. Rooter (who I do not recommend). Preston was extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and absolutely up front about pricing. I couldn’t be more happy. I definitely recommend VIP Plumbing.

Hi Neighbors!

Just wanted to share, we had an issue with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We have had an absolute terrible experience with a plumber who botched the repair so badly we had to install a new unit. Thankfully a neighbor suggested Red Plains Plumbing. Kasi really came in and saved the day for us and we now have hot water again (THANK YOU JESUS). He has been nothing but professional with superior customer service. He contacted the Rinnai Rep who will be looking at our botched system and helping us handle the situation with the first plumber. He did an amazing job cleaning up someone else’s mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Unfortunate experience with this company and ended up hiring another company to actually fix my a/c.
Tech says no charge for him to come back out then you get an invoice for $175 for an hour of labor when he was there for 10-15 mins!

I needed two faucets hooked back up after have granite countertops installed. I had already purchased new faucets. The charges were outrageous. I asked what the charges were per hour. I was told $145 per hour - then he guy on phone said he would just send two guys as they could do it quicker. I didn’t realize that would be $145 each per hour. Then they announced they had to go to the store to pick up a pipe or something. They were gone for at least 40-45 minutes. I’m pretty sure they ate lunch. I didn’t care as long as they didn’t charge me - but alas they said that was normal. The guy flashed me a statement on his phone and said they would email me one. I had to call twice to get one. On top of all the lunch business, an additional $35 was listed for gas and a $30 fee added for “stocking”. I’m total bill was $755 to install two new faucets that should have taken about 30 minutes. I protested but an excuse was given for each protest. I said I was going to give them a terrible rating and absolutely warn others about this company. They took advantage of the fact I am elderly, on a fixed income and recently widowed. Don’t use them!!!!!

I have used Heartland before and was happy with them, but something has changed. They were scheduled to come out and never showed or called. Now I’ve been trying to reach someone in the office but no one ever answers and you can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I don’t know what happened because they used to be great, but I definitely won’t be using them again.

They were very booked up when I call but managed to find a slot to fit me in. They plumbers they sent were very courteous and informative. They offered other options and took the time to explain. Will DEFINATELY call them when repairs or replacements are needed!

Hands down the best in Oklahoma City. They were fast, efficient, and extremely good at their profession. These guys are the real deal when it comes to plumbing. They fixed our toilet and shower that nobody else could seem to fix no matter how many times we called them (four times to be exact) and repaired several drains for us. They may not be the cheapest bid, but they definitely do premium work. Nobody else I've ever met comes close to the finish work quality and professionalism.

I own several rental properties in the metroplex. I have used Quality Home Services for years. They have always been prompt and extremely reasonable. The techs are knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch! I once even had a problem on a Sunday evening and Bobby the owner came out himself and helped me out.

Had them come out to fix an outdoor leaking faucet and potentially install some water filters. The quote for the water filters was nearly $2000 so I passed on that. After paying to fix the faucet it still leaked. I called back and was told they would reach back out to me. They never did so I had to call again. The plumber came back and fixed it but I wasted a lot of time. Also when you pay there is an option to tip!

Did good, quick work but took advantage of me and over charged me for the service. Even the other employee was shocked when he heard the price. Originally he said $350 to $400, then came back after looking and said $750! This was to replace a flange and reinstall the toilet. When I seem shocked, he dropped it by $50. Unfortunate because their work was great and they responded quickly but not trustworthy on pricing.

Josh reached out. He corrected the mistake that was made on the invoicing/pricing and refunded the part that was wrong! Thank you Josh! Your focus to do the right thing, ability to recognize that a mistake was made and correcting it will keep me as a customer. It's rare a company wants to do the right thing! Thank you again!
