Best Tankless Water Installation in Oakland CA

Helped us in a jam and they were out to fix it within a day. They were on time and worked well with my father in law. He really enjoyed talking to the technician. Multiple leaks were fixed.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

Eddy is great. I've had him work on my house twice and he's coming to install windows and doors in 2 weeks.

Our kitchen faucet fell apart and was leaking slightly and we needed it repaired ASAP. We also had a shower clogged and had tried draino many times but it kept re-clogging. They were able to get someone out here within a day. Marcus was super professional and explained the problems and fixes to us, and their services were very affordable and fit into our budget. 5 stars, would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Jorge Rojas was the absolute best! He came to our house the very next day and fixed everything perfectly! He was super nice and extremely efficient. He was here to actually fix the problem and not try and create problems to make the cost higher. He is the best plumber I have ever had come to any house I’ve lived at in 33 years!
