These guys are very expensive! He had a problem they were able to solve but requested we do followup cleaning of the A/C system. Several weeks later the second visit occurred and after a $500 cleaning session the condenser motor was making some noises. He diagnosed it as a bad motor that was okay the first time he came out. Now he have $500 to clean a dead unit or replace the failed motor. He suggested he give us a quote for an entire system and a replacement motor. A week later the estimates came in: $1,500 for the motor or $24,400 for the A/C system. These are expensive and when I called to confirm the prices they said they were accurate and nothing more to say. I bought the motor for $200 and have had two estimates for larger A/C units for $12,000 including the duct work. Check out everything they say and get several estimates before you go that rabbit hole.

Rey has done a few large jobs on my house: replaced all our old water pipes; more recently the hot water heater. Also smaller jobs and we've been very happy with his work.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

Since they did the work I am not having any problems. Highly recommend !!!

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.

Sharky's Plumbing is professional and fast!! The owner even met me at Home Depot so I purchase items on my Home Depot credit card and he hauled the items to my house. The service was so fast and he even gave me a discount on the pricing which was way lower than my Warranty Insurance.

We need to replace our garbage disposal and checked Discount Plumbing. Was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Carlos came on time and worked on replacing the disposal as well as the pipes connections. Carlos is professional and helpful, he explained we need to run warm soapy water every so often to keep the grease from clogging disposal and pipes clear. Thank you Carlos.

tough job and Gordon (expert plumber) kicked ass. I've owned rentals for 35 years in North Oakland and Berkeley and I've used this company several times. no issues. Most likely the bad reviews come from weenies that have no clue how hard being a plumber really is.
