He was unbelievably thorough and got my toilet up and running enough to cover until I could replace it. I asked about my garbage disposal which had also stopped working, just to confirm that they do g.d. repair, and he took extra time to fiddle with it and try to get it loosened up and working; when he couldn't he gave me tips to continue the attempted loosening. He came back a few days later, with very competent assistant, and installed a new, much better toilet and a new, much more powerful g.d.If you have an emergency and it's the weekend, they are not the folks to call, but they do very, very good work and their products are worth the price. Monowar is just exceptional. He is very concerned that his customers know what's happening throughout the process and understand what their options are.
