Alligator was recommended by several moms in the Castro Valley Mothers Club. I was very pleased with the customer service and the worksmanship of Alligator Plumbing. Used them twice so far. Once to clear slow running drain and a leak, which were caused by poorly designed and installed drain pipes. Matt rebuilt two drains and cleared clogs and reset our bowl sink. Gave good advice on replacing a bathroom sink faucet. We purchased the replacement faucet and Jafar came out to install it. Both times, my husband and I felt we received great service at a fair price. The estimate for repairs was exactly what they charged. Will gladly use them again!

JC Green plumbing did an outstanding job fixing our water heating pipes at home. We had a lot of water leakage and luckily JC Green plumbing was a recommendation. They came through and did a phenomenal job while we had to be out of the house for them to have access.

Jorge came on the same day that I called him to check the gas line on a fire pit that we installed for a garden client. He assured us that we had installed it correctly and did not even charge for his time. He was very professional, exactly on time and gave us great information. I had a great experience today with Antonio from Discount Plumbers. From the time I called, they had somebody over to my house within one hour ( the other plumbers I called wouldn't get somebody out to me for 3-4 days) and he immediately knew what the problem was. They had all the necessary parts in the truck and was able to fix my sink and leaking pipe right then on the spot. From the time I made the phone call to the time everything was fixed was under 2 hours and it was done for a good price. I would definitely give them a call again if I need work done, and I highly recommend their services.

tough job and Gordon (expert plumber) kicked ass. I've owned rentals for 35 years in North Oakland and Berkeley and I've used this company several times. no issues. Most likely the bad reviews come from weenies that have no clue how hard being a plumber really is.

Greg is very professional and easy to work with. He and his team completed a very complicated job for us quickly and efficiently--all to the planned schedule. The cost was very reasonable. Greg provided us with some very helpful consultation about our complicated sewer lateral situation. He had a grasp of the situation that other plumbers we consulted seemed to lack. His office assistant was extremely courteous and helpful on the phone and via email. Great customer service all around.
