My wife called them out to do a Condenser fan motor and capacitor replacement. The technician who arrived has 0 interested in repairing my unit and tried charging my wife $1700 for a simple repair(He did not know I used to work in the field and knew they were price gouging poor people who had no AC) after calling another local mom and pop shop, they got my unit running for less than $450. Integrity home solutions has 0 integrity and simply want to price gouge or upsell a customer on a new unit.
