Best Sewage in Oakland CA

The plumber did a good job. He appearing on time and professional. But the price was expansive.
The office staff did not do a good job. when we called them, they always say I will get back to you soon or right away. actually it was not. i.e. Chris, in the first time , I asked for changing the quote, since I need to remove one item from my quote, she said you will be contacted within 24 hours. I waited for 2 days, no body contact me, then I called again and got another staff serviced me, and I have to start over again again..
another thing made me upset. Usually when the job is completed, the costumer paid for, they should get a receipt, but it is not, the receipt is only provided upon required. today I call for receipt, Chris told me, she will send it to me in 2 minuets. I waited for whole day, I got nothing.
these things look like a little things, but you can tell they customer service is bad.
I really do not understand when they received payment from the customer, why they will not provide a receipt to the customer?

They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was finished faster than I expected and was explained to me when I asked.
