After I took a blocked bathtub drain and made things 10 times worse by trying to snake it myself, I searched for a plumber late at night in a panic. Landed on Albert Nahman's website at 11pm and was shocked when a live human starting chatting with me. Despite them being booked for a week they were able to find me a last minute appointment the very next day. Today I got a text saying the technician was on their way, with a live map view of their location so I could see exactly when they were arriving.Once here they were quickly able to resolve my failed snake attempt, and then proceeded to thoroughly unclog the drain of 10 years worth of neglect. The bathroom was covered and cleaned the whole time, they wore booties and a mask, and explained all the work required and the costs up front. When the first attempt didn't yield optimum results they repeated the procedure two more times until they were satisfied.A great experience from start to finish, and I'm mostly annoyed I've used other, sub-par, providers for years before finding this company. I'll be requesting them for any future home warranty claims.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

I do not generally write reviews. I am glad to do this for Sure Shot. This was the 2nd job David has done for me this year. He does excellent work. He is on time, efficient, professional. Left the area clearer than it was when he got here. I will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

These guys are my go to plumbers. They are polite, show up when they say they will, give you an itemization of what the repair will take and a cost estimate, and they take extra care and respect with your property.

During the last big storm we had, our tub was leaking (and so i thought), i called a big plumbing company (not listing name) out to take a look. They told me they would have to come back with some equipment to open up my wall and shower to replace some pipes, but we would have to replace the wall behind the tub and reinstall the tub/shower after pipes are replaced. I didn't feel comfortable with what they said but ended up having to pay them $80 for their diagnosis/estimate time. I decided to get a second opinion and called Jim based on a friend's recommendation. Thank God I did. After a long consultation he saw that our pipes was cracked and had burst, water was coming up from UNDER the house!!! Much bigger problem, but most importantly he found the real source of water damage. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem before damage was done to our house. One thing I have to admit about Alameda, we have the best small town honest local business owners. Jim is a local plumber and soooo reliable and nice. He saved my house and me from having to remodel our bathroom for no reason. I will totally recommend him to anyone and his business card earned a spot on my refrigerator.

We had a leak coming from the second story of our home through a ceiling into our kitchen. Jorge came an hour or two after I called (which was faster than anyone else was able to come). He opened up the ceiling, identified the problem (it turned out to be simply a bad washer on a toilet), and fixed it quickly. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We would definitely use J&J Rooter & Plumbing again.

After dealing with three other drainage companies, Underground Rooter was the only one that followed through. Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix! I wish more contractors had this type of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency as Underground Rooter does.
