David is excellent at his craft. His team came in time and repaired some leaks underneath my sink. He also as a courtesy looked at another loose sink. I highly recommend David and Sure Shot for their fair pricing, professionalism and knowing their craft! I will refer them to all I know!!!

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

This is the best plumbing company with the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have had Alligator plumbing out twice. The first time, FOUR plumbers tried to unclog our shower (basically they did nothing and could not do it). Finally Alligator plumbing came out and was able to fix the clog, no problem! I had them come out for another clog and water pressure issue and it was solved professionally and quickly. Their plumbers are so nice, respectful, and really want to help the customer. Really, look no further and use them. You won't be disappointed.

2pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving... of course my kitchen drain stops up! Called, was told they were fully booked through the weekend. As I was on my 3rd other 'sorry, we are all booked up' call to other shops, the dispatch at JC Green calls back, saying they had cancellation-- they could be at my place in 10 min. Promptly 10min later, Christian shows up with the tools and a smile. Simple roto job done quickly, professionally, (under the sink looks better than it did before!) at a fair price. For their excellent customer service and competence and bailing me out of a big jam, 5 Stars.

My plumber who was not available found Natalie in Yelp for me. I am very satisfied with Natalie's work. She did a great job! She unclog two toilets and left my bathrooms as she found them. She was friendly, fast and professional.

Chris arrived 1/2 earlier then the two hour window, that was a plus. After I explained the issue he got right to work and unclogged the kitchen sink drain and it works great! Professional and explained each step to fix the issue.

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. Install the Furnace in a timely manner, Left no mess, and at a very fare price. The next time I need any pluming or heating work to be done I will call Diamond Plumbing and Heating. That's for sure. These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!
