Steve came over for a free estimate and was on time (!) and very professional. Sent me the estimate within a couple of hours. After a few tweaks we set a date for the work (replacing kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal).

Spencer and his assistant came one hour into the two-hour appointment window and was very professional and knowledgeable about the task at hand. He finished the work in the timeframe he gave me (2 hours) and didn't mind my watching the whole operation (I'm curious, not nosy!). Both were friendly without being distracted, and except for a few little snags that had to do with my existing construction (which they were able to solve with a little sweat), all was done and it looks beautiful!

I will definitely go back to Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs I might have!

Anytime there's a plumbing issue I do not have to worry with this company! I just had a leaking faucet this last week. They got in contact with me the same day of my inquiry and were able to accommodate my busy schedule. They notified my when they were 30 minutes away, wore masks and booties, took no more than 20 minutes to fix the issue and were on their way! I've used JC Green Plumbing for several fixes and upgrades and I never have to worry about the quality of their work or being overcharged or up-sold. They provide competent professional service along with peace of mind, which in my opinion is priceless.

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!
