Best Repair HVAC in Oakland CA

Edit: The technician came and finished the job. Thank you Albert Nahman for following up on this review and making it right.The technician was professional and courteous however there are other issues with the service. I scheduled appointment online and received confirmation email but no one showed up. I called and they said oh that time doesn't work and gave me an appointment two days later. Technician showed up for second appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the bad part. However he did not re-apply caulking around the shower handle cover like it was originally. Called them to come and do it, they said they'll schedule a follow-up visit. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard back. Seems like there's no follow through once they get their money. Very disappointed with the service especially for such a high price.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

Remove and replace a traditional tank water heater with a tankless water heater. Tough crawl space to work in made removal difficult. The estimate was for two men two days and it was a full day job and Marcos and his assistant did not stop until it was finished. Marco did an excellent job, very hard worker and very knowledgeable about the process and sequence of the tankless water heater. Definitely requires two technicians working together to make it a one day job without leaving the tenant without water or gas.

We have used the services of Elden Plumbing in the last couple of years; the owner and his team are knowledgeable about the trade, their work is clean, and they carefully work around the house. Thank you, Raul and team.
