As an energy conservation measure for our 8 unit apartment building, we wanted to install a condensing hot water heater. Mike came over to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and assessed our needs. Tony and Enrique did a great job installing the heater. I was most impressed by the manner in which Enrique and Tony were able to think through any potential problems and came up with ideas to circumvent them. As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

The crawl space and detached garage under my home flooded during the recent round of extreme weather. In addition to spending time manually pumping water out of my garage, my furnace went out due to being submerged in water. Despite being incredibly busy with neighbors having similar issues, Rey responded quickly, got my furnace up and running, and put together a sump pump and drainage plan to mitigate future flooding. As soon as we had a dry day, Rey and his efficient and friendly team installed the sump and drainage. For the first time in weeks, I didn't spend time during/after heavy rains pumping water out of my garage - it was dry as a bone! Rey's pricing was very fair and he and his team have been great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

Schwartzbart Plumbing replaced all our shower drainage pipes and did an excellent job with hard-to-diagnose problems.  Rouset was extremely honest, responsive, understanding and kind throughout.  I have to say this was a difficult job for him, with an elderly owner and a very old house which came with lots and lots of tricks.  Yet he and his team did everything they said they would, on time, in a professional manner, and always with a smile to keep you calm.
