As always, the technicians and the office staff were very helpful and professional. They came out and worked in the storm and repaired are sump pump so that our property didn't flood. We are grateful to have them as a vendor.

My good friend used this services. Kenny Rhett Handyman is professional and affordable. He came by apartment and installed a mirror quickly, and even helped to fix a damaged part of it so he didn't have to return it. So happy I found him, and I highly recommend him! I will use this handyman too!

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.

I hired them to install a new front door jamb. They where nice and did a great job removing the old door jamb and putting a new one with a strike plate.

Will hire them for other projects that I might have in the future.

I paid Abe to re-caulk my bath tub and to install some corrugated metal panels around my deck. The caulk ended up getting big gaps in it (though we did not use the tub or shower for over 24 hours after he did it as instructed). He missed seeing one of the panels for the deck (which was right there next to the deck) so he did not install it, but he told my husband he would come back and finish the job. I messaged him about getting him to come back about 5 different times over the course of 6 weeks and he is ghosting me.

Overall, I would say Abe is a mixture of incompetent and expensive. Throughout the deck job, he kept interrupting my husband to ask for help. He asked me for work gloves to protect my hands. Who shows up to install corrugated metal without work gloves? I was desperate to find someone so I gave him a shot but seriously, it was ridiculous. If you're desperate, keep looking.

Meanwhile I need to fix my caulk and finish my deck project, some of which was done pretty badly - one of the panels was installed in such a way that it's bending.

Schwartzbart Plumbing replaced all our shower drainage pipes and did an excellent job with hard-to-diagnose problems.  Rouset was extremely honest, responsive, understanding and kind throughout.  I have to say this was a difficult job for him, with an elderly owner and a very old house which came with lots and lots of tricks.  Yet he and his team did everything they said they would, on time, in a professional manner, and always with a smile to keep you calm.

These guys were very easy to deal with, fast, and fair. I received a $3000 water bill from EBMUD. It turned out that the line from the street to our house had been leaking for months. In the current environment, it was difficult to get plumbers even to return my calls, but Jorge picked up right away and actually helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. He stopped by to scope out the problem within a day and was able to schedule and complete the work promptly at a price that I considered reasonable.

Bay Plumbing installed a water pressure regulator valve on the exterior of our home. They were connecting to old steel pipes from the water main and warned us that the old pipes might crumble and it could turn into a larger job at higher cost. They deftly connected the new pipes to the old, and expertly integrated the new valve to our existing plumbing and sprinkler system. Tony was very responsive to my requests, prompt for his appointment, and thorough on good listening. We were so confident that we hired him again to install a valve for our refrigerator ice maker. For both projects, Tony listened to my requests, then he explained what the project entailed, possible difficulties, and different scenarios. He finished within the estimated time and we haven't had problems since. I will definitely call Bay Plumbing again!

If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and hire JMK plumbers. Alejandro is honest and communicative. He answered all questions. He also discussed the pricing, availability, and followed up once the job was completed. George and Luis make a great team. They fixed all the plumbing issues I had. They are knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I am very happy with the services JMK provided and they are on my must recommend list!
