Chris of Albert Nahman inspected the old heaters at my rental property. He carefully examined them and gave me sound advice. He doesn’t try to sell me things I don’t need, so I trust him. I’ve also been very satisfied with each ANahman technician I’ve called, and that’s why I keep calling them when I need help.

When our sink backed up we called 2 or 3 different companies for emergency service, but Mr. Rooter seemed the most reasonably priced and highly regarded, so we went with them. The woman on the phone dispatched an employee and we got a call from Chris a few minutes later to confirm. He showed up and the first thing we noticed was how friendly he was. He then assessed the problem and began to explain in detail what he would be doing to remedy the issue. He was done with the job within an hour, and even went as far as explaining his work to our inquisitive 2-year-old daughter. Afterward, he gladly cleaned up the mess that ensued, going above and beyond to wipe down the kitchen floor & surrounding cabinets with cleaning product for our safety. The best part was that the amount due when the job was done was even less than the estimate he gave us over the phone. Every experience I’ve had with other plumbing companies prior has been less pleasant as a result of overcharging, and less-than-exemplary employees. Mr. Rooter was a refreshing exception to the norm.

Natalie is amazing! This is the second time we have used her at our business and just like the first time she came the same day and handled business in a short amount of time. Prices are great as well and she is super helpful and professional. We will continue to call her for any issues that arise. I highly recommend her for any and all Sewer and Drain needs.

Highly recommend them, since they help me with a leaking roof and water damage to my ceiling during the rain storm we've been having lately.

They where abel to temporally patch my roof to stop the slow leak dripping down our kitchen ceiling and remove the water damage drywall in our ceiling.

They had to come back, after the roofer did a permanent fix on roof, to patch up and repair the different areas of where they removed the water damage drywall.

I recently hired JH Plumbing as my plumbing contractor, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Their team was prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the plumbing issue I was facing. I have used many rooter services in the past as my home tends to need regular snaking. Many of these other services just want to do the bare minimum... not snaking far enough to fully clear the blockage or just not putting enough elbow grease behind the snake to clear a tough blockage. Jorge is different. He is very knowledgeable as to what could be causing the blockage and takes his time to clear the blockage properly. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough gteat things about Tony and his crew. I have managed multiple properties in multiple states across the US from east coast to west coast to Hawaii. They are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. Here another plus, they left the place sparking clean! We had a leak pipe and disgusting sludge ended up ask over our garage. Tony and his team in addition to the fantastic plumbing work clean everything up. I had called a biohazmat cleaning company who quoted me $650 for the job. You can't go wrong with Bay Plumbing. I'm so grateful I found them! Also Tony, the owner is a really fantastic guy who makes sure his workers and assistance are treated very well. When I first met Tony at 7:30 at night he look like this really young guy and I was concerned he might not be experienced enough to handle the job. Boy was I wrong! I'll be uploading photos later. The problem with plumbing in the Berkeley area call Bay Plumbing!
