Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.

As soon as we had a dry day, Rey and his efficient and friendly team installed the sump and drainage. For the first time in weeks, I didn't spend time during/after heavy rains pumping water out of my garage - it was dry as a bone! They where abel to temporally patch my roof to stop the slow leak dripping down our kitchen ceiling and remove the water damage drywall in our ceiling.

They had to come back, after the roofer did a permanent fix on roof, to patch up and repair the different areas of where they removed the water damage drywall.

Used a unlicensed handyman to clear a drain for us, two weeks later the drain is still clogged and the handyman’s response is… use Draino. Lesson learned, use a professional company like Discount Plumbing and Rooter who will do the job right and guarantee their work.
