We've have used Albert Nahman before and the service has always been clearly explained, well done and reasonably priced from a new flash hot water heater to new plumbing. The installation of the new mini-split heat pump was quick and efficient with my many quest answered.

My good friend used this services. Kenny Rhett Handyman is professional and affordable. He came by apartment and installed a mirror quickly, and even helped to fix a damaged part of it so he didn't have to return it. So happy I found him, and I highly recommend him! I will use this handyman too!

They falsely advertise as a 24/7 service. I called requesting maintenance at 9:00 at night and I waited an hour for a response only to be told they would not be able to provide service until the following day at normal 9 to 5 business hours.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.

Reasonable prices; knowledgeable people; they do good work and arrive promptly. They price per project so you don't have to worry about overt time or extra pay surprises. I have used them twice and will use them again.

I was hoping to get help from Abe to do a lighting job. He seems knowledgeable about handyman work, but his communications decisions left something to be desired. After an initial phone call where we discussed the potential job, he texted me that the job would cost $150-200. A few days later I made an appointment with him to come to my house at 2:30 p.m., which was the time he suggested. He confirmed that this would work. (This exchange was in the morning of the day of the appointment.) Then, 25 minutes before the appointment time, he texted: I just put it in the GPS. I didn't realize how far you up in the hills. I can still do the job but at least for $225. I then called him, and agreed to pay him a $225 flat rate -- even though I'm accustomed to paying for handyman work by the hour -- if he would take a look at my leaking sink as well, and fix it if he could, as long as he would be making the drive. After seeming to suggest that would be OK, he hung up abruptly after saying OK. So it was unclear at that point if he was going to come to my house. I texted him and called him a few times over the next hour, seeking clarification on whether he was driving over, but the texts were unanswered and the calls went straight to voicemail. Since he seemed to have blocked my number with the intent of ghosting, I called him from my landline. He then answered the phone. I asked whether he was coming by or not -- can you just tell me one way or the other? He said no. I asked if there was a reason. He then hung up abruptly, similar to the previous call. Not quite sure what happened, but I think a potential customer at least deserves to know whether a service provider -- with whom an appointment was made -- will or will not be making the appointment. If Abe had just told me, no, I can't come, that would have been acceptable. But the ghosting practice and abrupt phone call terminations, in my view, are poor business practice, and I hope that Abe (who seems to be a nice guy) learns something from this experience.

Jorge came on the same day that I called him to check the gas line on a fire pit that we installed for a garden client. He assured us that we had installed it correctly and did not even charge for his time. He was very professional, exactly on time and gave us great information. We really appreciated his attentiveness and service. Will certainly call him again for any plumbing work we need to do in the future.
