I email them on Saturday night, heard back Monday morning, by 10:30 am they were here and by noon they were done. Tubby was polite, pleasant, and thorough. I’ll surely use them again.

In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

Lance went above and beyond, literally! After spending an hour trying to root out our shower drain from the bathroom, he went into our crawl space to get a better look at the pipe junction that was causing the problems. He informed me of the situation and proposed a solution that didn’t involve a construction project; rooting the drain from the roof vent. He climbed up there and cleared the drain. He provided clear communication and a solution to our problem.

Alligator was recommended by several moms in the Castro Valley Mothers Club. I was very pleased with the customer service and the worksmanship of Alligator Plumbing. Used them twice so far. Once to clear slow running drain and a leak, which were caused by poorly designed and installed drain pipes. Matt rebuilt two drains and cleared clogs and reset our bowl sink. Gave good advice on replacing a bathroom sink faucet. We purchased the replacement faucet and Jafar came out to install it. Both times, my husband and I felt we received great service at a fair price. The estimate for repairs was exactly what they charged. Will gladly use them again!

He was responding to text messages promptly, arrived on time, explained everything he was trying to do, fixed the problem, gave me some good tips, cleaned everything up and stayed on budget.
