Best Air Conditioning System in Oakland CA

We had a clogged slow draining issue in our laundry room. I hired this group to diagnose and fix the issue. Carlos who is a supervisor finally determined the problem after trying to clear the clog failed using a plumbing snake. Using an in pipe camera system he determined exactly the issue and the next morning two others came and dug up the faulty drain connection and repaired it. They answered all my plumbing questions easily and did not me looking over their shoulders each step of the way. Given the gravity of the issue I was more than willing to pay their fees. In my mind the payment was well worth the effort and speed in implementing the solution.

Company and plumber very professional, honest, and quick!

I Want to start by saying I appreciate the professionalism of the two plumbers That came out to my house and fixed the problem with my sub pump. Frank, one of the Plummer’s did a great job Explaining to me the cause of the problem Also he did a very good job explaining to me prices and gave me different options for what I could do in order to avoid further damage. Definitely would recommend them to anybody who has any plumbing problems. Thank you for solving the problem. You guys did great!

AT Weber was subcontracted by my general contractor to install an external flue to vent my water heater and radiant heat boiler (basically just a big pipe that goes up about 30 feet).
They sent me an invoice for $2.3K for this service with no detail. After having to reach out to management to get a breakdown of the invoice, I was told that parts were $450 (seemed reasonable to me) and labor was 9 man hours (to install an external flue!) at a rate of ($200/hour!!).
Avoid these guys like the plague.

My thermostat stopped working and Supreme Plumbing and Heating was the only vendor I contacted that responded. Using their text feature made it easy to book an appointment and know when the technician was on his way.
Although I didn't have a choice for a new thermostat (system too old for the Nest I purchased and only one option on the truck) the new thermostat works well and I have heat again!
