AT Weber was subcontracted by my general contractor to install an external flue to vent my water heater and radiant heat boiler (basically just a big pipe that goes up about 30 feet).
They sent me an invoice for $2.3K for this service with no detail. After having to reach out to management to get a breakdown of the invoice, I was told that parts were $450 (seemed reasonable to me) and labor was 9 man hours (to install an external flue!) at a rate of ($200/hour!!).
Avoid these guys like the plague.

The pump in our lift station wasn't activating and we were having problems with sewage. Roto Rooter came out twice and basically didn't know what they were doing. In frustration I turned to Yelp. Gladiator was extremely responsive (came out same day) and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional.

The people from Harry Clark were well organized, professional and did a careful job of installing the system. In addition, they willingly communicated with us about the schedule and what work had to be done on a day to day basis.
