Ray Triola significantly improved the water flow to our upstairs shower, re-piping parts of our plumbing system, by replacing old galvanized pipes with copper piping. He is a true professional who problem-solved several aspect of our plumbing on his own initiative. He always was prompt and genuinely cared about providing quality work at a reasonable price. We recommend him without reservation.

Larry and Emilio did a great job unplugging one of our toilets. Another plumber tried to unclog it earlier but was unsuccessful. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up everything when they were done. We would definitely call them again if needed.

These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!

Schwartzbart Plumbing replaced all our shower drainage pipes and did an excellent job with hard-to-diagnose problems.  Rouset was extremely honest, responsive, understanding and kind throughout.  I have to say this was a difficult job for him, with an elderly owner and a very old house which came with lots and lots of tricks.  Yet he and his team did everything they said they would, on time, in a professional manner, and always with a smile to keep you calm.

We had a leak in our apartment, and Magic Plumbing sent out their plumber and although he got there on time, the keys to our apartment were not delivered. Knowing we had a leak, they gave us an alternate time much later in the evening on the same day. The problem was identified and fixed quickly with Alberto our plumber keeping us informed every step of the way. Great plumbers, awesome customer service and real customer consideration. After dealing with three other drainage companies, Underground Rooter was the only one that followed through. Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix! I wish more contractors had this type of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency as Underground Rooter does.

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.
