There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

Benny did a clean, fast repair on my gas fireplace valve leak. It was 25 years old. The wall had to be cut and he did a clean job. The valve and gas line had to be replaced. I can easily repair the cutout without having to buy another piece of wallboard. The price was fair. The gas company capped the fireplace off last week when I smelled gas. They were there within the hour of my call about the smell. Luckily, they only capped off the fireplace and not the gas to the entire home.

Thank you CSSC! Chuck came out to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He was on time, professional, friendly and even took his shoes off without me asking (it's the small things right?). He fixed the problem in no time. The service at Complete Service Solutions is 5 star!

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.
