One of the plumbers left my door open and my cat … escaped. We just moved into this place and it’s on a busy busy road . I’m a disabled Veteran and My cat is a VA certified emotional support animal ..he is my best friend. When I discovered my door standing open and my cat gone..

I’ll admit I was more than ‘Heated’ when I addressed him …. But there was no call for his couldn’t care less attitude … patronizing comments, and aggressive response towards me. The bottom line was he left my door wide open and unattended… for whatever to go missing … or some creature or bug to come wandering in … he was in the wrong all the way around.

I did speak with a super nice woman there who was a great listener and knew my pain and anguish over my missing kitty an innocent creature that depends on me for caretaking…. And I depend on Kitty for companionship

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! Mark is the best plumber in Las Vegas. He's incredibly knowledgeably, friendly and professional. Plus, he answers the phone. Not only did Mark save me 70% over previous estimates, he first tried some simpler solutions at his own expense. It was almost worth having the problem just to experience the service.

Water heater is under warranty and they want to charge me the time it takes them to figure it out what is wrong. When we already know there isnt any hot water. So he left with a water heater unfixed and they want us to sign for a bill and come back tomorrow. So I called the company and asked to speak to the manager or owner and they said her name is Rhonda but they dont know her last name. So I am now waiting for a Rhonda who's last name they dont know to call me back. Terrible!!!!

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.
