Jared was on time, courteous, and did an incredible job. Listened to all of my questions and never made me feel like I was not wasting his time asking for quotes or references. Shower now works better than before! Work was so good I had Loyalty come back and replace our cast iron pipes. Jared even answered my questions and advised the team today. Best dang plumbers I have ever worked with! Shout out to Luiz and Daniel for their work today as well! You guys are the best -- i'll be leaving your sign in my yard <3

Brian came out on time very professional he took a look at my dishwasher to see if it had a leak where I had two other companies come out and did not touch it at all Brian got underneath checked it found the problem and help me get through and make my decision. I called Loyalty Plumbing to come and investigate a leak in my house. They were very accommodating and able to fit me in same day! Jared and Alex were the technicians that came out to take care of the plumbing issue. They contacted me well before their arrival to confirm the location and gain some additional knowledge of the issue prior to their arrival. They went straight to work and resolved the issue almost immediately. Jared and Alex were very friendly, extremely considerate while doing their work and very knowledgeable about what was going on and how to fix it. I've only used one man from this company the 3 times that I've needed work done and that's Jared Purcell. Jared is very professional and responds quickly to my calls and texts. I've had my water line for my refrigerator installed as well as my tankless heater and water softener. Scheduled appointment. Was sent 4 voicemails to change appointment time. Last voicemail was to tell me they couldn’t make it and call to reschedule for another day. Was told twice that they were on their way. A bit disappointed because they were rated 5 star on google.

Mr. Rollins has fixed my sink, shower head, water heater, faucet, toilet, and outside pipes. He is always reliable and professional. I have been relying on his services for over 5 years, and all of his work has been excellent and are still in good condition. Over the years, I have trusted him with all plumbing repairs and replacements.

The guys that came out to my house to look at and replace my hot water heater were very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We requested service on a water softener. Tyler M. was the technician and he was outstanding! He arrived within the scheduled time. He was very responsive as he called, texted and emailed prior to arriving, so that we would know he was on the way. He voluntarily wore booties over his shoes throughout the house, which we appreciated because we don't wear shoes in the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the job, polite, respectful, and very personable. He was also very understanding of our individual situation, he clearly explained the how and why of everything he was doing, answered our questions and gave us options. Loyalty Plumbing also uses the latest technology for ease of communication, quotes, pictures and invoicing, and that is a plus for us too. Their pricing is not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive either. Their office person Cathy was also very friendly when scheduling the appointment. We will be using this company again when needed and would recommend them and specifically the technician Tyler M. for plumbing issues.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Loyalty Plumbing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Came home from a vacation and my water heater had broke. Called Nick at Loyalty Plumbing, and he set me up with an appointment right away. I got a text with the picture of the dude Jared that was coming out so I knew who to expect. Which. As a mom, this really made me feel more comfortable knowing who I am opening our home up to. About 30 minutes before arrival he called me to confirm how long GPS said it would take to get here. The call was so professional. He got here right in time and put on little shoe covers, which was not necessary, but I always love when people enter our home like they care about it. So he ran through a few issues we have, aside from the water heater, and then gave us options. There was ZERO pressure and the guy is a just really cool. Ace got along great with him because they both lived in Hawaii. Lol. Anyway, feel bad because he is sweaty and soaking wet at 7pm, but man, I am so grateful for this dude.Very good Plumbing company

The plumber that came out was Daniel, he was very professional took care of all my needs and also advanced me of needs that needed attention to, he was very friendly neat and clean, I would let all know that Loyalty plumbers did a great job. Got a price quote for an exterior faucet leak and a kitchen faucet spigot lever issue. Brian was very gracious and professional in doing plumbing checks around the house and draining my water heater tank at no cost for this visit. Making the appointment was easy, the technicians were sent out quickly. Both guys, Alex and Justin, were on time, clean, and professional. They checked everything in our house, making sure all systems were working properly and letting us know what was not. Answered every question I had and even questions I didn’t know I had. They even explained how the water system worked throughout our house. The work, reverse osmosis system and low water pressure, was completed on time, they cleaned up after themselves and were extremely careful to make sure everything was perfect.

Alex is the best he’s super honest which in plumber is the greatest. He was on time and super friendly. :)

I actually felt bad because the service call was only 25 dollars, and he went above and beyond (literally) in my attic and looked everywhere for a dripping sound I thought I was hearing (no leak detected, likely normal hvac operation). Tyler arrived f for the same day appointment and, after listening to my description of the issues, proceeded to check into the issues. He was able to explain things to me clearly and In layman’s terms. After he inspected the property, he gave me the quote and explained each thing. He worked quickly and has picture proof of his work. I would recommend both this company (Loyalty) and plumber (Tyler).

Our water heater decided today was going to be it's last day and we were in need of an immediate replacement. I reached out to Loyalty and they said one of their service reps would be showing up with 12 - 2. Brian called about 12pm and said he was 30 minutes out and showed up on time and was very friendly. He determined our water heater had gone to Water Heater Lake and would not be returning so we needed a new unit. He explained different options we had for water heaters as well as financing. Once we decided which unit we were going to go with, Brian left and was back within a hour to install the new water heater. Brian explained everything and the process was very seamless. 10/10 would recommend.

I have called Loyalty Plumbing based on all the great reviews posted on Google, but to say that I was highly disappointed would be a major understatement. Plumbers have arrive on time (Tyler and associate), and were very pleasant, but that is were the positive side of the comment ends. I have called them to detect an underground leak located in my front yard, and not far from my irrigation shutoff valve. I have even pointed the 4 ft area as to where the leak was coming from, and have asked them at least twice to use their leak detection microphone to pinpoint the exact location of the leak, but they have categorically refused all of my requests. The reason for the refusal - they have looked at the water meter, saw black poly main line, an were stating with certainty of a professor at the university that the leak was in the black poly line main, and it is not fixable, so they would not move a finger to pinpoint the leak, as leaks in black poly line are not fixable (not true, by the way). The only solution they have proposed is to dig up paver stones on my driveway, then dig a trench in the front yard, and then to replace my entire main water line, which would have cost over $10,000. I grew suspicious of such statement, and especially due to the fact that leak detection specialists have categorically refused to detect the leak (they have even refused to pull out their leak detection equipment from their truck - Wow!), so I have asked my gardener to dig a 4 ft trench where suspected leak was located. And sure enough there was a pinhole in the 1.5 white PVC line delivering water the to irrigation shutoff valve. $100 to the gardener to dig the trench, and under $20 in plastic PVC parts from Home Depot have solved a $10,000+ problem (well, at least that what I would have paid Loyalty Plumbing, if I was to take their professional advice), and which would not have solved the problem at all. I cannot speak for other repair jobs, but stay away from them if you need to locate and to fix your underground water leaks. At the best they are highly incompetent, at the worst they are crooks looking to do unnecessary work while purposely ignoring simple solutions - hard to tell for sure. That was my experience with them.

I received perfect service from this company. Roberto was professional and friendly. Didn't get the multiple attempts at additional costs like Goettl does. Avoid Goettl. Go with Loyalty Plumbing.

Great service

Recirculating pump installation & plumbing to return line repair. Had to do some research to adequately understand what I needed in order to (1) describe my plumbing problem, and (2) select a good plumbing company. Was very glad to make the decision to contact Loyalty Plumbing and describe the issues over the phone. Jared was kind enough to come out and explain how the water recirculating pump worked with the hot & cold lines in my gas water heater. He was very patient & happy to explain the repair work involved. The repair work and installation was skillfully performed, some that would have taken me more hours to do as a DIY’er. There’s some things you know you can do and there are times when you need to contact the professionals. So glad I did. Jared took the time time to make sure there were no leaks after repair and to make sure the water pressure in my house was adequate. He also took the time to point out any areas that needed some simple attention. Very glad to have Loyalty Plumbing at my home - Jared & Loyalty Plumbing do A+ work with discounts for First Responders as well. Thanks Jared! It was a pleasure meeting you! Service and quality of work was excellent.

We had a great experience with Jared. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He came to our home and evaluated our plumbing, pipes, water heater, water pressure, etc. He provided recommendations on improvements for the future without making us feel pressured to make a decision immediately. He replaced the sink garbage disposal in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the work done.

I had a water main line leak and was without water. Brian came out the very next day and beat other quotes we had gotten. They had technicians out the following day bright and early in the sweltering heat and humidity trenching out the old line which was under a concrete walkway. In addition to that they dug a trench along the walkway to reroute the new water line. They did a 2-3 day job in just one so that I was no longer without limited water access. The cleanup job after the inspection was quick and my yard looks like nothing happened at all. I’m extremely pleased with Loyalty from start to finish and highly recommend them.

The first time I reached out to them on a Sunday and they were so very helpful. They even told me they would not charge me a service call fee. After that, they have been to my house 2-3 times. They are on time, communicate very well to keep you informed of their arrival, they respect your property, stand behind their work and their prices are competitive. They are one of the few honest plumbing businesses in town. Save yourself the hassle and just call them.

Jared and his partner Alex are absolutely amazing!! They are so knowledgeable and informative and not to mention courteous. They gave us a few options to solve our plumbing issue when our main line was clogged and every drain in our house backed up. They showed us the problem on the camera and after doing the job they went above and beyond and cleaned up our sinks, tub and toilet beyond expectation! I reached out to loyalty plumbing to install a whole house filtration unit asap. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they went on to install the unit following the manufacturer instructions immediately. They did an incredible job. I hired Loyalty Plumbing to install a water heater in my home in Las Vegas! They were quite competent, came out promptly to the job and it was installed properly. They were easy to deal with. The rate was reasonable too. They did a great work and very satisfied with the job. Fantastic service!

After living in our house for about 7 years, my family had our first, somewhat-major issue requiring plumbing work. Immediately, I was annoyed because I'm not a fan of dealing with plumbers, electricians, etc. - it typically costs an arm and a leg for even the most minor repairs. Not to mention, I've dealt with plumbers in the past where they're disrespectful and/or lie to you. But, I needed to contact one because my background in plumbing is limited to toilet plungers, draining water heaters, and replacing a toilet...and contrary to belief, utilizing a plunger is an art, but doesn't make me a master plumber.After an online search, I selected four different plumbers to call. The first one mentioned they don't conduct water heater/water softener repairs (I assumed it was one of the two that was causing my plumbing issue, but wasn't 100% sure). The person/company wasn't even willing to come out to assess what the issue may be. Oh well...on to the next one on the list, which happens to be Loyalty Plumbing. As you can tell, I stopped here. Overall, my experience with Loyalty Plumbing was phenomenal, and here's why:Admin/Logistics: Alexy took my phone call and let me tell you...with the rude people serving in a customer service capacity these days, it was comforting and inviting to experience such compassion, professionalism, and overall, good personality in Alexy. It's apparent she isn't a rookie at this because she quickly retrieved, processed, and finalized my information in the system, and even set-up an appointment for the same day! This is just A+ service because I didn't even mention that my situation was a dire emergency. Thanks, Alexy!Assessment/Resolution: Brian was the dedicated technician assigned to my work order. Between he, Alexy, and the automated emails/texts, communications were outstanding throughout the day. Whenever Brian showed up, he listened to the issues I was having with my water. At no point, did he interrupt me mid-conversation to try and quickly find what the issue was so he could leave early - a true professional. He explained in detail what my issue was, why it occurred, and what was needed to resolve it (which happens to be a new water softener). He went over the options with me in detail and never pushed a product on me or try to steer me in only one direction with my decision. Within 30 minutes, I received a phone call from Justin introducing himself and informing me of his estimated arrival. The automated messages you receive from the company is awesome - it even contains a link that takes you to a tracking system so you can see where your technician is (just like those ride-hailing apps). Justin did such an exceptional job on the water softener/filter installation. He was courteous, professional, and extremely communicative while completing the task. He even asked if I was satisfied with the location of the system or if I wanted him to adjust it. Justin was so patient when listening to all my questions and responded to every one of them in great detail. He cleaned up the entire maintenance area and ensured all toilets and showers were operational before he departed - stellar performance...thanks, Justin!Overall, I highly recommend this company to everyone for all your plumbing needs!
