I had a water main break so I need the line to be rerouted. Contacted A-Better to get an estimate for the job. They asked me to take a few pictures to send to them. The estimate came back at 1995 - 2400. The next day they send out a plumber to take a look and came back with a FIXED cost proposal with two options 1999 and 2400(for running pipe inside the wall). I really like the fact that Carla the office lady was prompt in answering all my questions via texts and emails so as leaving no doubt about the details of the job. Their price was several hundreds lower than the other bids so I picked them. They show up on time and got the job completed within 1 and half day. Very professional work. There was a minor issue but the plumber promptly called me to discuss the concern and took care of it the next day. Overall I was very happy that I contacted them for the job. They will be the first one I call should I need any plumbing work in the future. Again dealing with someone like A-Better who is willing to give me a fixed price bid gave me a great peace of mind. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Dango Dango is a fake reviewer paid by other companies to bad mouth Reputable companies. if this not the case I challenge him to meet me face to face with documentation of his use of these companies. I will bet he will not, as like all scammers only talk and not an ounce of dignity or ethics.

The technician Kyle with Lange plumbing was excellent. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided the highest level of service. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be requesting that he is the technician to come out in the event that I have any further plumbing issues. I could not be happier with the service that he provided.

My gas water heater, purchased from a local Lowe's on 11/02/20111 with an extended parts & labor warranty, stopped working on 06/30/2016. The pilot light was out and could not be reignited despite numerous attempts at troubleshooting. Sound Plumbing was the company that Lowe's sent to repair my water heater and I am most happy that they did. It turns out that the entire Honeywell control valve (white plastic box with flashing light and pilot light/temperature controls) was defective and had to be replaced at no cost under warranty.

The best part of this service experience was the plumber/service technician who came out to do the work. Bill Abella is one knowledgeable plumber (been gathering experience in the field since age 12!) who insists on taking his time, keeping the work area clean, explaining everything to the customer and going above and what is necessary to ensure that the job is done properly and guarantee customer satisfaction. Rumor has it that some Sound Plumbing customers not only specifically ask for him by name, but insist on knowing his phone number for direct-dial access. He's also extremely interesting/enjoyable to have around, a real nice guy and a good conversationalist. Bill Abella is someone you'd be interested in knowing privately, outside of the actual service encounter.

After I also decided to replace the existing tank anode (extreme deterioration readily visible) and install a ball valve for easier future tank draining/flushing in my approximately 4.5 year old water heater (cost of $225.00), Bill ensured that everything was in tip-top working order and also flushed all the air out of the hot water outlets in my house before leaving.

This was by far my best service experience with a plumber bar none; I had never heard of this particular plumbing company before and now I will most likely be using them for all of future plumbing needs! Perhaps, you too should consider using this company's services the next time the need arises?

These guys came out and did the job in a timely manner were very courteous and informed on what they were doing I'll be calling them again!

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.
