I called the AHS for 3 faucet leaking problems at the beginning of last week. The AHS picked Blue Diamond plumbing company for the first time. On the first appointment day, they didn’t show up because their truck had a problem. Andy came on the second appointment day, but he didn’t have enough parts, so I had to reschedule. On the third appointment day, he canceled the appointment, I had to reschedule it again. After 4-5 reschedules, they finally came on 6/26/23. A technician named Kyle Basom came to fix our faucet. Since the faucet was a little more difficult to repair (according to Kyle), he had a hard time fixing it. He took one hour to fix the faucet, but he continuously cursed and used inappropriate language. After finishing the faucet, Kyle refused to fix the other faucet, which had the same problem, since it took too much effort. Kyle recommended fixing both the cartilage and the valve on the faucet since it would make his job easier even though the valve did not need to be fixed. It cost me an extra $550 out of my pocket. He left without fixing the second faucet and I received an invoice of $550 even though changing the valve was unnecessary. This morning, I called the AHS to request a second diagnosis from another company. The innovations plumbing company came today changed a new cartilage and took care of the cartilage much faster and professionally compared to Kyle at Blue Diamond Plumbing. I recommend that AHS's other customers avoid Blue Diamond Plumbing. Not only do they have terrible service, but they don’t care about how much money customers spend. They only care about less, easier, and more convenient work for themselves.

that said, after 11 years plus in Las Vegas it's more than rewarding to find a reliable, trustworthy plumber who does his homework on your project and discusses it with you in clear terms that anyone can understand while he takes pictures and keeps notes all the way through any problem.

my wife loved steven too and it was never a problem having him around our house.

if your house was built with bubble gum , like mine, at the height of the Vegas craze ...things break or were never put in correctly .

so plumbing kings and steven davisson are our blessing, he's truly an all around good guy and resolves issues so you'll never have to think about them again ... what an awesome feeling ...

I shared my experience yesterday with not being satisfied with my repair. With that being said I received a call this morning from the office asking me what happened and scheduled a same day repair. The technician was very apologetic and checked out the disposal replaced parts but ended up being a bad disposal in general. Put a new one on and now it is working fine. Thank you quick response.

First time to use this company & I was extremely impressed! I called on a Friday night & job was completed within 45 minutes after my call! Professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. I was notified by the company when the technician was arriving and leaving. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing problems!

The mitigation crew from Thistle DKI arrived on-time, was polite, protected my home from any more damage and got right to work on our carpet and walls after broken water valve. Marco gladly answered all my questions and was intent on making sure everything was done correctly and as fast as possible to prevent any more water damage. also a special thanks to all the young guys who worked hard on the deconstruction of the damage areas. Highly recommend this company.

I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done
