I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. On 12/26/18, I had a technician named Jay come to fix my water heater. He told me a peice was bad and that I needed to order a new one. I paid 110.00 in cash that day. After 2 days the new peice arrived and Jay came to install it. While installing it, he didnt close the water line and flooded my laundry room and kitchen. That also soaked the new peice. Needless to say, I was left once again with no hot water. He said he would attempt to find and purchase the new part and come back. I began texting him hoping to get some resolution and hot water but was ignored after day 2. I eventually found a new company and after 2 weeks of no hot water I finally got it fixed. Your company wasted my time and made the aggravation of no hot water in the middle of winter even worse. I have a copy of the receipt. At minimum, I would like a refund of the 110.00 that I paid in cash.

I have written them numerous times and still have not gotten a response.

They responded to this saying they aren't the correct company. I have the invoice! Lol nice try.

Go with literally anyone else.
