I had some electrical troubles and approached him based on a recommendation. He was the sweetest, fairest, and most honest individual I'd ever met. Oh, and he's also quite good at it. awesome!!!!

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Thank you so much for your hard work and determination. guys! Job Well Done.

My experience with Silverstate started with Carla at 5:00 AM. I called her and told her that I didn't have any hot water. She told me that she would call my area manager Tammy and Tammy would take care of my water heater. Tammy called and told me she would be sending Albert out first thing. Albert came out and explained what was wrong and what options I had. He was professional, polite and explained what he was doing so I could understand. The next challenge was my AC went out. It seems like when it rains it pours. I called Silverstate and Doug came out, evaluated the problem and took pictures and then explained my options. I opted for a new AC and asked how long it would take. The very next morning Roberto and Mike were at the house to install the new A/C. Again both were professional and polite. Cameron came by and made the changes to the panel box. All I could think of is How does Silverstate get all these super employees. I would tell anyone who needs a fantastic company to save yourself time and call Silverstate first.

When I woke up this morning for work, the last thing I expected was to take a cold shower. After turning on the shower, I was met with nothing but cold water. I quickly realized my water heater had a hole in the bottom, and my garage was flooded. I had to leave for work with no time to spare, so I had no choice but to rely on a plumbing service in Las Vegas to come to my home and replace the water heater while I was away.

I had never heard of Plumbing in Las Vegas, so I was a bit hesitant to hire them. After researching the company, I was pleasantly surprised by the glowing reviews I found online. These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.

COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.

When I made the appointment, I said I wanted a couple of valves replaced and replace the shower stems. The plumber didn't have the shower stems.

Noticed I had a very high water bill and knew something was wrong. After some self troubleshooting I knew it was a main line leak and would need a plumber. Did some hunting and came across Resolution Plumbing. They showed up exactly on time and the owner (Alex) confirmed my findings and patiently explained what he would need to do to repair it. We discussed pricing and he offered a military discount without me even having to ask.

The dig crew came out the next day and dug a trench in record time and cleaned up behind themselves. Alex came back out and installed a brand new main line and shutoff valve just as he explained. My water was only off for about two hours at most.

Alex took care of all the permits being pulled, inspector scheduling and had the trench filled back in before I even thought he would be able to. My yard appears as if it was never even touched.

This is a family business that is super kind and professional. I have found my Las Vegas plumber and will have them return if ever needed. Thank you for the easy process and peace of mind through the entire process.

They bought out another company but did not Take on the company's people who were loyal to the other company. Which made my 6 year water heater nil and void Which should have been covered was not because they bought the company.
