Talked to Hector for a quick quote to replace a water heater and he was very nice and upfront with their competitive pricing. Got a schedule right away within 20 minutes of talking to him and Zach the tech was at my home right even before my time allotted schedule. Draining the tank took the most time as the tank got pretty bad to the point where he has to take off the drain faucet itself to empty it out. Two hours later and got myself some hot water again that can be taken for granted everyday. Thank you Techcool for the fast, awesome, competitive and friendly service! On a side note, if anyone reading this, is on the market for a home warranty, avoid Amazon Home Warranty like the Covid plague as they only cover “mechanical” breakdowns on a water heater. Once again my kitchen sink was overflowing in six months I had my home warranty company send these guys that don’t even have the right equipment and finally I got on Yelp I contact the company LVRD I live in Southern Highlands lady over the phone book me right away even though they were busy A guy name Dan showed up at my house within one hour vacuum all the dirty water out from the kitchen sink empty out the whole Bottom of the sink put his cable machine in there within 20 feet clear the line very professional very clean had shoe covers when he walked into my house which that’s a big deal to me and my wife this is our first time dealing with Dan amazing job they deserve every five star thank you again have a great Monday!

Kenny Venable was my plumber and I would recommend him to everyone. He was very professional and thorough in his work. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood what the problems were and the solutions. He made what was for me a disaster and made it a good experience.

Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.
