You were very polite and knowledgeable, but more interested in selling me $3200. to $6200 of equipment and labor that I don't need, I wish you had spent some of that time checking why the softener was leaking and corrected that problem.Update: after a request I want to further explain my review. As stated earlier Travis was very professional and I was pleases with him, but disappointed with the company's program where you are more interested in selling un-needed product and labor. As you read earlier I did not need to spend the $3200.00 you estimated, as the other plumber explained there was nothing wrong with the water softener and charged me nothing for his time.

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

This place really is the BEST! Rob was so helpful, the techs that came out were absolutely amazing! After dealing with my home warranty company for over a month because they couldn’t fix my condenser unit this place was out there the next day with a new condenser and fixed everything and gave me air (after a month of not having it in the dead heat of summer) shortly after my AC was repaired, they came out to fix a leak under my sink, they were attentive and on time and quick. Thank you so much to Rob and the rest of the team for simply being the BEST!

Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
