Great service and fair on price. Walter came on the exact time he advised he would. Began working with in minutes of arriving. Resolving my issue in a timely matter while also giving advice on how to prevent and better the situation in the future.

The service tech was very friendly snd exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly discovered that the coil on my unit was frozen then thawed it out and waited for system to be completely free of any ice.
He also inspected system pressures and found system nearly empty and refilled with the required amount of refrigerant. My system has never seemed to run better. The staff was great in providing constant updates on when to expect the arrival time as well!

Extremely pleased with the quick, professional, friendly service. Priced very fairly, also. They came through in an emergency when our usual plumber was unavailable on a Sunday. Even the receptionist was extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation over the phone. Fred came out on a Sunday to assess the issue and quoted us a fair price for a pretty big job. Wilson came out two days later to complete the job. Both plumbers were great. Highly recommend them!

What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

Horrible service!!! I called these guys to come fix my heater because it wasn't blowing heat and the guy comes and cleans something up and makes it work but then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. On another note, they had gave me 30 day warranty on the service if it was to stop working anytime and so I called again and they came back and they charged me the same amount again when they said it's covered in the first repair warranty. So i asked what are they charging me for and he's like oh i did this and that and I'm like i didn't even see you take anything up there so why are you making things up? He had no reply and then he said oh what if I lied to you and said I installed a new part just to take your money! Thats NOT good customer service if they are going to talk back like that. I also called the manager (who I made the appointment with) and he starts making up some other excuse just to take my money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him because he didn't let me know that he was changing another part, so therefore he said he will put it back the way it was and I said OK. And on the other hand, the manager is screaming at me on the phone saying don't ever call us for service. THATS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! If google had negative rating stars then thats what they deserve. Don't ever hire them because they are just full of lies to rob people.

Carlos is by Far the most Honest and knowledgeable plumber i have ever used.. His professionalism is Outstanding.. His work is 2nd to none.. The thing I loved about him the most besides his super quality work was that he was Honest and Straightforward and always tries to make it as painless as possible.. When it comes to plumbing he is very knowledgeable and will do anything possible to make it work.. For the exceptional quality work his prices are very fair compared with Market Standards… He really just an all around great guy all around and always there when I need him.. If you need a meticulous no nonsense honest plumber then Call Carlos!!!!!
