We had Need a Plumber In Queens over to replace our water heater and the S&R Plumbing Heating they sent Rex and was really patient to help explain the issue and he gave me the best price to repair or replace the heater and I select replacing.He did an amazing job.

A+ Service from Mike the plumber! He was here within an hour to get our radiators open and running. 2 radiators had blocked pressure and he got the air flowing, so the steam/ hot water could flow properly. Friendly, quick service! Very knowledgable and I would highly recommend! I called 3 other plumbing services and none showed up! ALL CLEAR to the rescue on a Saturday! Very reasonable price as well! Would call them in a heartbeat should I ever need a plumber again! Our house is now warm and cozy! I'll also add that the receptionist, Theresa, is SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL as well! What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

After speaking with several plumbing companies, we went with Gary and his team for a bunch of plumbing things that needed to be done within a couple months of moving into our home. It was easy to work and communicate with them. Everything was talked through/explained and agreed to in advance. For one of the larger of the projects, a water heater, I asked for worst case/best case scenarios and Gary patiently laid out all the possibilities. In the end it was a best case scenario and it was good to feel like I had all the information up front.

The team was courteous and professional. When we need a plumber again one day, I’ll definitely call Korn.
