My Landlord Left us with a Broken sewer drain pipe with big holes in it.and broken bathtub Pipe SINCE DECEMBER 2022. And today is September 1st of 2033.

We went 9 MONTHS with TOILET WATER coming from the 3rd floor bathroom on top of our bathroom. The ceiling was cracking bigger and bigger everyday.

I recently had a boiler crack below the water line just as winter rolled in. John rushed out and showed me my options. I decided to replace the entire radiator system with base heat. John was very professional and his guys Mike and Billy were great. Job was done quickly and efficiently. They were even able to offer financing! I would highly recommend John Degrace to anyone in need of assistance or even a bathrom remodel. Get the job done right the first time!

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

My air conditioner was not cooling. VERY responsive with same day service. Was expecting to have to purchase new AC unit. Adam and co-worker were great. Knew just what the problem was and fixed it quicky and efficiently and for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! Within 2 hours of calling on a busy Monday night, I had a team of technicians at my home fixing my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. All it took was one easy phone call, I had a quick response from the company and great results overall! Also, the prices are great.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
