I own a condo in Elizabeth that I have not had a chance to stay in for quite some time and for whatever reason I had terrible leaks in my vanity! I called Elizabeth Drain Service to troubleshoot the problem I was referred to this company by a friend that I really trust because he had a similar problem at his house! One thing that lets me know I will most likely choose one company over the other is definitely customer service if you answer the phone politely and if you talk to me with respect I won’t even shop the price around you would be surprised @ how many businesses fail at this simple step! EDS nailed my customer service test and the representative was very knowledgeable and damn near knew exactly what was going on and immediately scheduled my appointment for the same day! The service technician came to my place and he was in and out faster than I could say Elizabeth Drain Service lol and the whole time the leak was because all of the shut offs in my bathroom were no good so he replaced them! He was very kind & professional. I really appreciateElizabeth Drain Service for the wonderful service they provided for me and I’m glad my bathroom is not leaking anymore! Thanks a million EDS I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends, family, and the whole wide world if I could! Lol

FRED is the man - great personality and friendly - solved our problem carrying a cup of coffee and a 2lb hammer (yea...ok...; and an 80ft snake) - but this guy was great - explained everything, a load of helpful additional tips etc...

In a city (Newark) where you are on guard to getting ripped off by anyone with a pair of pliers calling themselves a plumber; these guys are the real deal - and, what a relief to find a reliable contractor.....finally!!!!. Fred knew exactly where the problem was, and knew exactly what to do - and was gone in 30min - problem solved.

Also should mention - Arranging the service was also a breeze for an emergency call - quick call back and arrival was on time and professional.

Great job - will call them next and any plumbing related projects for our home.

The Technician from AW did a great job finding the issue with my old furnace. He was quite professional, thorough and explained everything.

Over the winter our furnace went out in our house in Montclair ., we called Tom and he came out gave us the best estimate out of 4 companies and had the heat and a new return for the ductwork done in a day . He came back today and completed the AC side of the install as scheduled before the spring as he promised . Great service and very nice guys highly recommend best company we have dealt with 15 years in Montclair

Mr Adam arrived at the time he promised and was very professional diagnosed the problem of my heater gave me a rate explained the cost and fixed the heater within an hour he was a very pleasant man and had a fair price thank you very much

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11 year old water heater that came with house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, great service.

Ive been doing business with this company for a while and its been great. The brothers, Carmine and Ben are always pleasant to deal with and have been nothing but outstanding over the years. Highly recommend.

I've worked with this company over the years and decided to leave a review. I have had many positive experiences even as recent as a week ago. Always a pleasure working with people that show initiative and actually do what they say. Recently we hired National to install Gas Piping and provide a pressure test as well. They were competitive on pricing and scheduled and met with the inspector. Piping work looks great and the inspector was complimenting the work and professionalism. Great company with great people.

Highly recommended. They returned my call within 30 minutes, came out the next day (I called at 5pm on a Wednesday and they were here at 9 am on Thursday), and spent several hours with me assessing the problem, eventually discovering that my furnace was cracked and leaking on the inside. The tech was friendly, communicative, and very clear about all my options and their estimated costs. The price was very reasonable, and I would absolutely use them for any future needs. So glad I found these guys!

Diego is excellent. He did all the plumbing in my new basement. I had him come back for a few other small jobs. His communication is excellent. He is fluently bilingual. His response time is very prompt and courteous. Most of all, he is very knowledgeable, and quickly assesses what needs to be done; he works quickly, and charges very reasonable rates. He does a great job cleaning up after the job as well! I recommend him highly and without reservation. He is the only plumber I will ever call going forward!

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
