What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We had a pipe split in our basement. Found these guys on my google map and haven't looked back. He came relatively on time, fixed the pipe and gave us some tips on another issue we have. We would absolutely use again.

Chapman Brothers is terrific. I called 4 local plumbers on a Friday night. They were the only company that responded. They came by at 7am Saturday morning and fixed the problem. Very efficient, very responsive. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

The technician they sent over-expressed he was working a little far from my place, however, could drop by around 8 this evening if that wasn't too late for me. It's not so much as 8 yet and my heater is working once more all because of the technician’s help. I don't have a clue whether the cost was high or low for the maintenance, however, now, relief from the heat is worth each penny. Both the technician and his assistant were overall quite proficient. This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
