I found Eco plumbing & Air Conditioning here here after having a bad experience with another company. I could not be happier with the services they provided. I live on the third/fourth floor of a walk up loft building (probably one of the most difficult situations when having to replace a HVAC unit and water heater due to the steps and no elevator); however, they were very professional and did the job without any problems! They also were very quick and had the whole job completed (and took away the old unites) by the end of the day. When asking for a quote on the cost of replacement, they broke it down easily into three different budget ranges with all the pros and cons of each. No pressure! Finally, they were very quick and response when I needed to have them come out.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

After speaking with several plumbing companies, we went with Gary and his team for a bunch of plumbing things that needed to be done within a couple months of moving into our home. The technician came and clarified everything, and I chose to go with the American Way. Every time I had an inquiry (I had a couple), the technicians were so knowledgeable and pleasant.
