I own a condo in Elizabeth that I have not had a chance to stay in for quite some time and for whatever reason I had terrible leaks in my vanity! I called Elizabeth Drain Service to troubleshoot the problem I was referred to this company by a friend that I really trust because he had a similar problem at his house! One thing that lets me know I will most likely choose one company over the other is definitely customer service if you answer the phone politely and if you talk to me with respect I won’t even shop the price around you would be surprised @ how many businesses fail at this simple step! EDS nailed my customer service test and the representative was very knowledgeable and damn near knew exactly what was going on and immediately scheduled my appointment for the same day! The service technician came to my place and he was in and out faster than I could say Elizabeth Drain Service lol and the whole time the leak was because all of the shut offs in my bathroom were no good so he replaced them! He was very kind & professional. I really appreciateElizabeth Drain Service for the wonderful service they provided for me and I’m glad my bathroom is not leaking anymore! I am following up on Saturday's review. The owner did call me and we did go over the issues initially stated in the one star review. The plumber came back yesterday, Monday and fixed the job that had been faulty due to materials and not workmanship. The poor customer service etiquette is also being addressed. The owner does care for us, the customer, and stands by his commitment to provide the best service possible. We do live in different times and running a business in today's atmoshere is challenging. I applaud the owner and his committment for customer satisfaction. I recommend this firm to my friends, family and neighbors.
