Best Plumbers And Drain Service in Newark NJ

I own a condo in Elizabeth that I have not had a chance to stay in for quite some time and for whatever reason I had terrible leaks in my vanity! I called Elizabeth Drain Service to troubleshoot the problem I was referred to this company by a friend that I really trust because he had a similar problem at his house! One thing that lets me know I will most likely choose one company over the other is definitely customer service if you answer the phone politely and if you talk to me with respect I won’t even shop the price around you would be surprised @ how many businesses fail at this simple step! EDS nailed my customer service test and the representative was very knowledgeable and damn near knew exactly what was going on and immediately scheduled my appointment for the same day! The service technician came to my place and he was in and out faster than I could say Elizabeth Drain Service lol and the whole time the leak was because all of the shut offs in my bathroom were no good so he replaced them! He was very kind & professional. I really appreciateElizabeth Drain Service for the wonderful service they provided for me and I’m glad my bathroom is not leaking anymore! We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

I have been using the services of Chapman Bros for several years now for plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs and usually under emergency circumstances. No matter the time or day of the week my calls are always answered promptly. All the technicians are professional, courteous and know what they are doing. Melissa the Office Manager is great at what she does, very pleasant to deal with and accommodating with scheduling needs. Just recently my kitchen faucet broke and even with the approaching 4th of July holiday weekend where most places were closed, Melissa found the time to locate a replacement faucet and have it installed (shoutout to the tech Nick) . I also find their prices to be fair and reasonable for the level of service. I highly recommend them.

We have been dealing with John Degrace Plumbing & Heating for a long time, from minor to major issues.
John and his team are very professional, reliable and efficient, they do very good work.
Last year they remodeled our bathroom and they did an excellent job, special shout out to Big John and Anthony. Then today, Billy and Nick came to the rescue to fix a leaking pipe.

We had a sink back up and overflow and needed a plumbing company to come out Asap. We contacted this place, and they responded very quickly, indicating someone would be able to stop by the next morning. The plumbers came and did a great job, explaining step by step the issues and how they went about to resolve it. I look forward to using these guys again in the future!

Great team to work with and fair pricing

I called, left a message, they returned my call quickly. I sent them a short video of my problem area as they requested. This waives any assessment fee.

They made a quick assessment and returned with a potential range of fees from $300 to $400. I said sure, they then texted me with an appointment for the following morning at 7:00 to 8:00 am.

At 7:10 I received a call that they were 20 minutes away. They showed up within their one hour window and quickly diagnosed a pipe that needed to be resealed. I had a leak coming from my kitchen disposal. They fixed it quickly and then he called Sal for the fee. He explained what he found, and what he had to do. Sal assessed a fee of $225.

For a licensed professional plumber to come out promptly and make a repair I felt this is more than fair. Read all the reviews and then sort through the nonsense. Sal Trippi runs a professional business and I would use him again. I like their no bs attitude. I can tell he’s been doing this a very long time and I’m glad he still chooses to get up every day and help people like me.

Don’t just compare prices, compare the value of the services you receive.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, they're a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership I'm subscribed to. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.

I just moved into the house few months ago and the house came installed with a very old AC unit.  I turned it on during the weekend and it worked for a little while and  then stopped working. I called and someone came by and fixed the problem quickly (turn out to be a busted cap, very common problem).  He also went to the attic to check on the furnace to make sure everything's ok. He very professional and friendly, No pressure or haggling. Very friendly. I do plan to replace the unit anyway when I have the budget. I will definitely use them.

Very accommodating, completed a major water leak in our high rise in a timely and has performed work in our apartments in a neat and professional manner. I would recommend for any commercial or residential work

We should have left this review sooner. Super Plumber has come through for us on multiple occasions. Bill the owner and his son are nothing short of professional and over all great to work with. Both times the communication was great and he made sure to keep us updated through and through. Most recently they came to service us due to a clog and had to return a week later (no fault of theirs) and both times on a Saturday they went above and beyond to get out service taken care of same day! Super plumber and Bill are the best, wouldnt call anyone else!
