Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My Landlord Left us with a Broken sewer drain pipe with big holes in it.and broken bathtub Pipe SINCE DECEMBER 2022. And today is September 1st of 2033.

We went 9 MONTHS with TOILET WATER coming from the 3rd floor bathroom on top of our bathroom. The ceiling was cracking bigger and bigger everyday.

Tenant called there was a leak, I called John DeGrace for consultation. They came out diagnosed the leak was from 2nd floor and running to basement! They did a fantastic job replacing pipes and adding a trap. Would highly recommend and will use again in future. Thank you DeGrace Team!

Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching). The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
