S&R Plumbing Heating has been my Plumber, Heating and Air Conditioning Service Center for the past 8 years since we bought our new house in Mid Wood. They have been totally professional with us right from the start. Their service is reliable as well as reasonable. I had a sewage back-up in my house just prior to Easter. I called Essex County All Clear whom I have used multiple times in the past (very old house) and they showed up right away...they always do. They were very methodical in their approach and unfortunately it was discovered through the use of a nifty video system that I had a collapsed sewer line, which I got to verify with my own eyes. All Clear was awesome in walking me through the steps that needed to happen to replace my line and coordinated all the work with the town. This is NOT a cheap job, especially when the street needs to be opened up, but Ivan at All Clear did a fantastic job with the town and was able to get me a SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS over their original, quoted price. I wish the town would have had more of a sense of urgency in getting the work done (it took 10 days from when the problem was diagnosed until I had running water again), but Ivan kept me posted every step of the way. And it's not just Ivan who helped me out, Freddy, Wilson and the rest of his crew were awesome as well through the entire ordeal. If you're ever in need of a plumber, from the smallest repair to a plumbing disaster, I HIGHLY recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed.

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

Had a problem with our sewer line. Camera inspection found that we had two sections of our sewer line that were bellied causing us to have to snake the line every 2-3 months. I had a few contractors come, but Louis said, I have a plan and explained it all. A few weeks later, the crew came and installed a new sewer line all the way to my curb as well as install a sewer pit so I could still have a basement toilet and shower. They re-routed my sump pump line as well. They all worked VERY hard, but were never rushed. 100% professional all the way and they earn every single penny. I hope no one every has sewer issues, but if you do...Speedy Sewer and Drain is your go-to with no reservation. Everything is working great!! I'm very thankful for a business owner and team that CARED through the entire job.

Sewage was coming into the garage after a rain, and this company sent their Servicemen out within a few hours to clear the main sewer line. They knew exactly what to do and cleared the line in about 30 minutes.

My water heater would not stop leaking for a few days. When I searched emergency plumbing on google I found Spence Plumbing. They responded very quickly and gave me a reasonable price. I really appreciate them walking me through the process and replacing my heater as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I had an emergency situation that I needed someone to come and immediately fix a busted pipe. Instead of asking what was potentially wrong, they more concerned about explaining their service fee to have someone even come out to my house. Call Roto Rooter or someone else, you'll be better off for it

This Home Depot is great. I shop here very often and the Employees are great. There's Big Mike which is always helping out, he even went out his way while he was off the clock. I can't forget Ms. Karen, Ms. Rain, all the of upper management and the supervisors, the employees at receiving, the paint department....the list can go on, but they really go out the way to help. It's like a tight knit family over there.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.
