Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

When our heating got faulty and most of the contractors were busy, these guys understood our emergency and sent two guys right away. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and did a fine job. Would surely recommend them to anyone.

I've used Jacob close to a dozen times now on various properties, for everything from installing new high efficiency equipment to replacing fixtures and emergency service. He does quality work that he stands behind and best of all he shows up when he says he will.

Cannot rate their actual services, but I can say that I made an appointment online which was confirmed over the phone. Company did not show up for the scheduled appt, nor did they call or email to reschedule. First impressions are everything, and having scheduled this around my day, I definitely won't be calling them back.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We talked on a Friday, i called on Sunday to confirm for Monday, never heard from him. On Monday, he didn't even make an attempt to contact me either.

After speaking with several plumbing companies, we went with Gary and his team for a bunch of plumbing things that needed to be done within a couple months of moving into our home. It was easy to work and communicate with them. Everything was talked through/explained and agreed to in advance. For one of the larger of the projects, a water heater, I asked for worst case/best case scenarios and Gary patiently laid out all the possibilities. In the end it was a best case scenario and it was good to feel like I had all the information up front.

Carlos is by Far the most Honest and knowledgeable plumber i have ever used.. His professionalism is Outstanding.. His work is 2nd to none.. The thing I loved about him the most besides his super quality work was that he was Honest and Straightforward and always tries to make it as painless as possible.. When it comes to plumbing he is very knowledgeable and will do anything possible to make it work.. For the exceptional quality work his prices are very fair compared with Market Standards… He really just an all around great guy all around and always there when I need him..
