What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Called because pilot light wouldn't stay on. Technician arrived on-time. I said to be careful with a wire that I knew was loose and he immediately yanked on it and broke it. Then said 'he couldn't fix it'. He never even tried to light the pilot light. This was all in the span of about 30 seconds.

I called the dispatcher and he agreed to waive the $75 service fee.

And then the guy started to get a bit scary. He was leering at me, and pretended not to know which door was out. And then hung around for a few seconds more starting at me. Facing into the room, while I was pointing at the door behind him. I was about to call 911.

Although he was almost 2 hours away he said no problem he would come down. Zack was a true professional and took care of the leak and replaced my faucet for me. Although it was a holiday and he drove 2 hours, he just charged me for the service he did. I was so empresses at his work ethic. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing assistance in NJ.

My steam boiler was installed exactly 20 years ago by the owner, Mr. Falco. The cast iron casing was cracked and required a new boiler, right in the middle of the coldest days in February. The installation was completed the next day. A small leak was found and Mr. Falco came in to remedy the leak. The cost was very competitive, not high nor low. It was a fair price and a square deal. Service rated at 4.8 and would recommend Falcon plumbing and heating as a honest and fair plumbing business.

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
