After speaking with several plumbing companies, we went with Gary and his team for a bunch of plumbing things that needed to be done within a couple months of moving into our home. It was easy to work and communicate with them. Everything was talked through/explained and agreed to in advance. For one of the larger of the projects, a water heater, I asked for worst case/best case scenarios and Gary patiently laid out all the possibilities. In the end it was a best case scenario and it was good to feel like I had all the information up front.

The team was courteous and professional. When we need a plumber again one day, I’ll definitely call Korn.

Just last month, the compressor fan on my A/C unit failed. I contacted six companies to schedule the repair. They were the only company willing to come the next day. Just as scheduled, they came, diagnosed the problem, acquired the part, and installed it in significantly less time than it would have taken. I’m impressed.

I replaced my steam boiler with Bill Falcon. He explained the price clearly and the type of boiler I needed. He didn’t overcharge me his price was reasonable. His team was respectful, efficient, friendly and worked diligently to replace my boiler the same day. The boiler has been working great ever since. The boiler has a warranty as well. I would recommend Bill Falcon if you want someone who is professional and knows what they’re doing when it comes to heating your home this winter.

Quick response time. The Plumber was prompt with his arrival and helped me diagnose the problem. He provided a fair price quote and returned the next day to do the work. There was a clog in the main drain pipe that would require a snake. Service rendered was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if I encounter any future plumbing needs

I decided to write my first review because guys from this company did an excellent job! A week ago, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working, I know nothing about these air systems, therefore,I called this company since they were first in the search list. I have no regret using them! Highly recommended. They returned my call within 30 minutes, came out the next day (I called at 5pm on a Wednesday and they were here at 9 am on Thursday), and spent several hours with me assessing the problem, eventually discovering that my furnace was cracked and leaking on the inside. Wow what great service! I was very pleased with the work that was done on our boiler. The entire first floor was not working and Joe determined and fixed the problem in 3 hours. He explained everything to me and what he was doing. The heat works well now. What I was most impressed with was how this company cares about your safety and comfort and providing excellent service.
